- Banned list: These users have been banned from the channel; they may not be readmitted by any user under any nick. To appeal a ban, please make a request to one of the high access channel operators. Bans are enforced via the channel autoremove list and by kickbanning any suspected reincarnation of banned users. Channel operators are granted wide leeway by the channel owner to prevent banned users from entering the channel.
- Note: Official bans apply CVN wide, not just to a specific channel, unless otherwise noted.
- Any of these bans may be appealed to the senior staff en banc (that is, as a group) and overturned if they decide (as a group) to do so. This includes bans by the channel owner, unless specifically stated otherwise.
