Developer Log/Archive 2

This is intended to be a log of developer actions, given that the wiki does not utilize CVS or SVN (and therefore, it is difficult to determine who has made what change, or indeed, what change has been made). Developers should include their changes in a heading with their name and the date stamp ~~~~~; a signature would be fine.

Also, a note to developers: Make sure you pull the latest copy of LocalSettings.php when making changes; otherwise you may overwrite another developer's changes.

Updated various things including the wiki, to r37981 and enabled CA per cbrown's request. We also have a new domain name (http://countervandalism.net/) which is paid for a full year...not sure about what will happen after. I suppose we'll just deal with it when that time comes around in '09.

Updated MediaWiki to 1.16alpha, updated some extensions and removed obsolete ones; cleaned up user rights; removed steward group

Removed all 'steward' entries from user_groups table through Special:AskSQL since the steward group is no more.
