Trusted user

Trusted users have the ability to take limited page-related actions on the site. Trusted users may create, edit, and move pages. They may not delete or protect pages, edit protected pages, or block users; these responsibilities fall to administrators.
The list of trusted users can be found here. Trusted user status is granted by a staffer to any user who demonstrates they are an established member on Wikipedia, another Wikimedia project or Wikia. Trusted user status may be revoked if abused.
